About Young Foundations Perinatal Services
Jennifer Young is an Ontario Registered Massage Therapist who also holds a license and certification in Manual Osteopathy. In addition to hands-on therapy, she is trained as a Childbirth Educator and has over 20 years of experience as a Yoga Instructor.
Jennifer is a dedicated therapist and educator with a strong focus on perinatal health, supporting women, newborns, and children. With many years of experience, she is committed to providing exceptional, personalized care tailored to the unique needs of each family. Her individualized approach helps clients work toward their birth, feeding, and family goals while navigating potential challenges with confidence.
Jennifer’s passion for her work is evident in the positive impact she makes, and she is proud to support individuals and families within her areas of expertise.

In home Paediatric RMT/DOMP services
Jennifer is able to offer in home services for your baby or newborn. This is ideal if your child has had birth trauma, or is having feeding issues, torticollis or plagiocephally as well as to assess and assist with infant milestones. Jennifer has the education, and practical experience to help you navigate challenges sometimes associated with newborns and babies.

Jennifer is able to offer in home childbirth education to help prepare you and your birth team for end of pregnancy, labour and early newborn care. Jennifer has experience teaching perinatal classes in both a hospital and midwifery setting and loves working with expectant parents in a tailored approach. If you have other's in your circle who are also expecting why not organize a group session.
Jennifer understands that expectant families are often busy and may not necessarily be prepared to host. She is able to provide an online learning session tailored to your needs. She is able to help you set a flexible birth plan, and make informed decisions with regards to end of pregnancy, birth and caring for your new baby.
